Design
Civilvic provides both design and construction services, offering clients a complete end-to-end solution.
If a client does not have existing drawings, Civilvic can work closely with them to develop a concept design tailored to the project.
Typical design services include:
• Organise a licensed surveyor to undertake a feature and level survey, producing a detailed site plan showing existing conditions.
• Engage a geotechnical consultant to carry out a site investigation and provide a Geotechnical Report for footing design.
• Prepare concept drawings in-house (if no drawings exist) and submit them to the client for review and feedback.
• Appoint a registered Civil/Structural Engineer to complete the detailed design, including: Engineering drawings, Structural calculations and Engineer’s Certificate of Compliance.
• Prepare and submit all required project documentation to the Building Surveyor and apply for a Building Permit.

Construction
Civilvic undertakes both construct-only and design and construction projects.
Where full design documentation is provided, Civilvic delivers the construction works through to completion. Alternatively, under a design and construction arrangement, Civilvic manages both the design and construction phases, providing a streamlined, end-to-end service.
During construction, design details can be reviewed and revised in-house in response to client requirements, reducing delays and minimising the need for back-and-forth coordination with external consultants.
As demonstrated in our Projects page, Civilvic specialises in delivering council infrastructure projects, including transfer stations, bunkers, and retaining walls.
